How far in advance should I book?+

For bridal and event services, we recommend booking 3-6 weeks in advance. Standard appointments are usually available within the week.

Do you offer home service appointments?+

All appointments are booked for in-salon visits. For product shopping, you can order online any day, anytime.

Can I mix shopping with booking in one checkout?+

Yes. You can pay for products and your appointment deposit in a single checkout flow.

What is your cancellation policy?+

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable once when rescheduled at least 48 hours before your appointment.
